Returns Policy
We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return in exchange for a credit note as we do not do refunds. Please note delivery costs will not be included in the credit note.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt with Order Number.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@uppereastchild.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will need to pay for shipping the items back to us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and send us a photo immediately along with your Order Number. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges as we can't guarantee that your item will be in stock. We kindly ask that you return your items in exchange for a credit note and place a new order.
A credit note is available for your original order amount (excluding postage) valid for 12 months. We will email you a unique code issued as a gift card to be entered upon checkout.
